Felt compelled to do this after googling CS diet and seeing all the negativity heaped on it. For starters, many of the detractors were pitching their own methods (usually not free) and were basically saying 'that diet sucks, try mine'. The cabbage soup diet does in fact work but you have to adhere to it and don't cheat. You will lose weight guaranteed. It is a 1 week diet that will also detoxify (this is very noticeable) and is an excellent springboard into a longer term diet. It's really not that tough a diet in that you can eat all the soup you want throughout diet. Yes, I'm repeating from similar post from last year but I got a little pissed-off just now after reading how it is supposedly not good for you and counter productive. If you understand that it is a short diet going into it, there are no big negatives unless you have a medical/diet condition in which case any diet could be wrong. Had to vent - carry on.
